The Revenue Manager for The Grand Plaza Hotel Smouha - Alexandria, looking after revenue maximization, Digital Marketing and Online Sales since October 15, 2017 till present. where I had the honor to be a part of the opening team and helped to create Revenue & Reservations Team from the scratch.
Started carrier in Hotel Industry from The Food & Beverage Section as Busboy & Waiter. It Was an essential start where I had a direct contact with guests, was in touch with them knowing how they feel and how they feel and think, and what does the stay mean for them, that was in Sofitel Hurghada from July 2003 till November 2006, while I decided to grow my knowledge through a cross training in the front offices, I Started with concierge then telephone operator and finally I had my training in front desk.
I decided to put my training in use in use, and started my carrier in Reservation section in Mövenpick Resort Taba from January 2007 till July 2009, as a reservations agent & supervisor. moved to another destination, The Lovely Nuweiba from August 2009 till August 2011, as reservations supervisor & assistant reservation manager at Hilton Nuweiba Coral Resort.
Came to the point where my family in Alexandria needed me the most, I had the choice to join the team of Radisson BLU Alexandria from August 2011 till January 2012 , and the team of Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza from February 2012 till July 2014 as as front office shift leader, most of the days acting as night manager.
I Had the opportunity to travel to Saudi Arabia, where I joined the team of SUNRISE Hotel Madinah as Reservations Manager from August 2014 till July 2015. As it was the time to return back to my homeland sweet Egypt, I had a great opportunity to change the destination this time to Sharm El Shiekh. where I spent the period from September 1, 2015 till October 15, 2017 in Hilton Sharm Dreams as an assistant reservations manager. In-charge.
During my Journey I had great opportunities for multiple training programs and gained a lot of needed skills.
